Bisbee City Council Approves Same-Sex Civil Unions: Watch the Process (videos)

Yesterday-- April 2, 2013-- the Bisbee, Arizona City Coucil made history by being the first city in Arizona to buck state law and heavy-handed conservative pushback by approving same-sex civil unions.
