(Tucson, AZ) On Monday, October 15, a candidate forum on education will be held at the Catalina Foothills High School Cafeteria, 4300 E. Sunrise Drive, from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm. The forum is sponsored by the Catalina Foothills School District Family Faculty Organization (FFO).
Invited speakers include:
AZ LD 9 House Candidates: Ethan Orr, Mohur Sarah Sidwa and Victoria Steele
AZ LD 9 Senate Candidates: Steve Farley and Tyler Mott
AZ CD 2 House Candidates: Ron Barber and Martha McSally
AZ CD 2 Senate Candidates: Richard Carmona and Jeff Flake
AZ District 1 County Supervisor Candidates: Ally Miller and Nancy Young-Wright
The candidates will be given time to introduce themselves to area voters and to present their viewpoints on education. Present will also be the Catalina Foothills School District entering governing board candidates Eileen Jackson and Carole Seigler. Following the presentations there will be time to take questions from the audience.
The event is free and we encourage and welcome everyone in our area to attend. The program will begin promptly at 6:30; doors will open at 6pm. The CFHS cafeteria is located through the front entrance gates; follow signs to the event. Free parking is available.
