My Father called me yesterday saying he called The Pima County Sheriffs Office to report 20 Illegal Mexican nationals on his property. The Sheriff told him to call the Border Patrol . The Border Patrol said "We Do Not Have The Manpower to do anything!" My Father lives next to a Northwest side home invasion last week where cars were stolen after robbing the family.

I have put on notice the two FEDERALLY ELECTED OFFICIALS who's OATH OF OFFICE includes PROTECTING THE UNITED STATES FROM INVASIONS AND INCURSIONS FORGIEGN OR DOMESTIC!

I WILL HOLD BOTH REP. GABRIELLE GIFFORDS AND REP. RAUL GRIJALVA RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR AND MY SECURITY AND GET SERIOUS ABOUT THE BORDER ,NOW, OR I WILL HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE FOR TREASON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We pay taxes to Pima County; The Federal Government; and The City of Tucson.

Why is it asking these Idiots to get off there asses and stop whining about having to do there jobs to protect you and me.

It goes beyond defending you and me , it goes to our schools and the failure of the schools to educate our kids!

When I was in the Sheriffs Department in 1968 were over 200 Deputies, why is there only 500 Deputies to patrol a County the size of CT.? Pima County extends to the Barry Goldwater bombery range near Yuma, where thousands of Invaders from south of the border are trashing Yuma and setting up shop in The United States to conduct Illegal and Criminal Acts.

The Pima County Jail has over 5000 Guards(Pima County Deputies) why only 500 for over one million citizens?

The Pima County Sheriff over my objections will NOT use The Pima County Sheriffs Posse which has unlimited manpower and over 3000 Deputies to protect you and me.

Waldon Burr Sheriff in 1968 went against his own party and Board of Supervisors when they tried to cut his budget and parked the Sheriffs Cars until they gave him the money to do his job! That is what is missing in the Pima County Sheriff today! This Sheriff did NOT attend the Congressional delegation of Border Sheriffs who testified before Congress last year, instead ran to Gov. Janet Napolitano and begged her NOT to make him do his job in Pima County , as the Sheriffs wanted FEDERAL FUNDING; he ran from that because he said The Pima County Board of Supervisors would REDUCE his county budget instead!

I say SCREW THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS and as an ELECTED Pima County Law Enforcement Officer DO YOUR GOD DAMN JOB SIR!

As for The Minutemen:

The Volunteer concept is a good one with proper training both with Border Security and Sheriffs Posses! Maricopa County Sheriff JOE has been very successful in all areas with the use of volunteer posses.

The West was WON with Volunteers NOT PAID GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES!

As Pima County Sheriff I would take off the current sheriffs business suit and wear THE UNIFORM as a start!

I would re-instate The Sheriffs Posse and Training as was conducted by Ed Moskin in 1968 as in charge of the Sheriffs Reserves in 1968! Yes the same family that owns Holly Hope Cemetery as my family owns Brings Funeral Homes INC. The Sheriffs Department ran our escort services as we broke traffic to the cemetery with the mile long funeral processions.

I would MOVE my Office BACK TO THE PIMA COUNTY JAIL away from the Benson Highway Executive Office! The Job of The Pima County Sheriff IS The JAIL and he needs to get it back there. Sheriff Burr had his Office at the MAIN ENTRANCE where the Deputies checked in and out of work; and where all prisoners where booked! His door was always open and he could see what was going on, bnot get everything second handed from some capt. on the desk!

I have put The Pima County Sheriff on notice that Iam holding HIM responsible for the failures and excuses of why he CAN NOT DO HIS JOB!

Either The Pima County Sheriff does his job; or I will do it for him in 2008!

Let me say one more thing; as Pima County Sheriff if I appointed you as a Pima County Sheriff Reserve officer I am sure you would volunteer some time would'nt you, and be proud to do it?

This is what Iam talking about. It is NOT a Liberal or Conservative job; Its The Rule of Law that is being ignored today by all elected officials!

We already spend billions on the border and border enforcement. That doesn't seem to stiffle the problem in the minds of those who wish to close our border or spend billions more policing it, building walls, and alienating a host of people that choose America as their home.

Hell...if we have real border problems costing hospitals money, then I say subsidize them. I bet it would cost less to pay the hospitals for the treatment that supposedly costs them their emergency rooms than it would to add more and more people policing our border.

The costs of catching, processing them, sending them back, etc etc etc can't possibly be worth it. Especially when our agricultural industry, homebuilders, meat-packing etc could not do without them.

Short of some kind of common sense border solution that is a bit more humane, I just can't see this approach. It doesn't work and enforcement is costly.

We need to remind ourselves that the same type or rhetoric and hatred was used against the Chinese and Irish who came here when needed to build our railroads. It was used against Jews who came here for a new life and who fled hatred. The same rhetoric was used against the vast number of Europeans that came here as well. They...they...built America when it faced labor shortages and the need for industry. We have that need now and yet people still bash those who are coming here.

Why so few border patrol agents? I will tell you why. It is because few want that job any more than people want serve to guard our prisons. Legislation has been passed to fund the hiring of more agents year after year and they just can't make their quotas. They have lowered standards to take the job (and that is no diss on the fine men and women who choose this profession...it is just true). They don't even require a lie detector test as does our local police forces...and guess what? Still can't make their quotas. The job sucks so bad that we have to order troops...the National Guard...ORDER THEM...to police our border.

Pardon the snark but here goes, maybe we should hire illegals to do it? It would be yet another job Americans don't want to do filled by hardworking people who would do it.

Lets all hear it for BANK OF AMERICA !

Today they announced they are giving credit cards to Illegalls with NO SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS BEING ASKED FOR!

I went to the Bank Of America Site and saw it asked if you were a United States Citizen or NOT; and if a United States Citizen it asks for your Social Security number!

If someone was to imput a false name with no Social Security number they would be given a card immediatly, but if a United States Citizen with a credit history that is NOT perfect you can be DENIED a CARD?

Seems as though we need a lawsuit filed against the Credit Reporting Agencies and Bank of America for Discrimination against United States Citizens on this one!

To all of you who are whinning about The Laws CAN NOT BE ENFORCED , they can be enforced if Law Enforcement would DO ITS JOB!

Iam NOT saying round up all 20 million Illegal Mexican Nationals all at once but start one at a time. Just as a Bank CD has COMPOUNDING INTEREST and these Illegalls enter the Country over the last 20 years because IDIOTS like Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik DID NOT Enforce the laws on the books we are now in a real mess because of his STUPIDITY and lack of will to fight for The Rule Of Law!

When one goes into a Court of Law we do NOT throw up our hands when we see an illegal on trial saying,Oh my God an Illegal he or she is above our laws and CAN NOT BE PROSECUTED???!!!

I'm already disgusted with Gabby Giffords.

I've called her office more than once to encourage her to show support for a pardon for BP Agents Ramos and Compean.

There are numerous peculiarities and irregularities about their case. Good grief, the gov has even admitted it has lied about them. Something stinks - I mean really stinks.

So why does she refuse to even say WHY she won't support a pardon for them?

All I get in response to my calls are promises that someone from her office will call me - and of course they never do - and form letters stating we need to address immigration.

These are two different issues. I've decided she's either too stupid to know that, or just another phony politician with something to hide.

Yep, I'm starting to smell a stench coming from her direction, too.

Number one; Giffords was a Republican until she ran for The State Legislature in 2002; She is a long time friend of my sister-in-law Susan Bring of Brings Funeral Homes Inc. and President of the Tucson Businesswomans Association;and she knew her as a Republican. To be a member of this Womans ONLY association you must be an OWNER NOT AN EMPLOYEE of that business. I think that shoots down her being on the side of the Worker and Workers Rights!

I SUPPORT the Border Patrol and have for 40 years going back to one of its great Commanders William Coy Cox and good friend of mine when I was running for the Office of Pima County Sheriff in 1968. He later was appointed Sheriff.

I support a pardon for any Border Partol Agent working in the line of duty confronted with any Illegal who tries to escape or run. My understanding is the Illegal was shot in the BUTT, NOT IN THE BACK as being reported by the news media who is pro-illegal anything!

Giffords as you see her voting pattern is a WHORE! She is NOT who you think she is and I call it like I see it!

The Giffords Office is full of Republicans who say they are Democrats, but most Republicans support Border Security! Giffords thinks she is at El Campo Tire and her Father Giff Giffords was a real Crook! My father was in the Tire business and sold Giffords JUNK and REJECTS that he sold as top quality tires! This is why they went broke and sold out! I would Noot Trust my car with the Giffords Family let alone Arizona's 8th Congressional District!

How many of all of you will be joining The Pima County Democratic Party in March as they travel South of Sasabe to meeting with future Illegal Mexican Nationals in Altar, Mexico; to have lunch with them and ask them of their future dreams in America?

The corridor between Atlar and Sasabe and The National Wilderness areas now full of three foot deep of trash and dead bodies as truckloads of illegal Mexican Nationals fllod into Arizon's 7th Congressional District with the Mexican Terrorists belessing Rep. Raul Grijalva who refuses to get serious about his Districts Border Secuity, asying " IT WOULD BE AN INSULT TO THE PEOPLE OF MEXICO!"

Today again another armed incursion took place at Sasabe as the National Guard was forced to call in air support from the Border Patrol as they were being stalked by a group of armed South American Soldiers.

Raul Grijalva wants to turn this Mexican Superhighway of Terrorists into a National Monument so that the National Guard will be forced to leave and open it up to his favorite people that come Illegally from South of The Border , NOT THE PEOPLE OF HIS CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT WHO ELECTED HIM AS HE SWORE A OATH OF OFFICE TO PROTECT THE UNITED STATES FROM ANY FORGIEGN INVADERS!

Ramos and Compean are corrupt law enforcement officers who deserve exactly what they got. A BP badge is not a linsence to kill, no matter what the Minutemen might think in their snuff film fantasies.

There will be no pardon because they don't deserve one, nor do they meet the several basic tests the office of the pardon attorney requires, most especially admission of the underlying crime.
