Tucson City Council Primary Election: Voter registration cut-off date for the primary election is August 1. Vote-by-mail ballots will be mailed on August 10. Early Voting location: Tucson City Clerk Election Center, 800 E. 12th Street, open August 11-August 29, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (Mon.-Fri.) All voted mail-in ballots must be in the posession of the City Clerk by 7:00 p.m. on August 30. Primary Election Day is Tuesday, August 30.
